Version 2.8.27

This update primarily of interest to users of the SDRPlay receiver.

We are now back to having SDRPlay2RSS started by RSS.  There is
a 15 second delay between the the startup of SDRPlay2RSS and the 
connection to its data stream.  Subsequent connections do not
have the delay. You do NOT need to press the Integrate button in
SDRPlay2RSS.

The SDRPlay2RSS application has also been updated with bugfixes.
